TERMS & CONDITIONS

Who we are

The American Game is operated by Global solidarity Advocates (“we”, “us”). Your contract for the service is with Global solidarity Advocates. By accessing or continuing to use the site, creating an account, or buying the Pro Pass, you accept these terms.

What the game is

The American Game is a nonpartisan educational simulation. Scenarios, places and characters are fictional. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or political advice, and the game never recommends a party, a candidate, or how to vote.

Accounts

You need an account to buy the Pro Pass or to use the AI Strategy Desk. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a contract where you live.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; upload malware; probe, scrape, disrupt, or bypass security or technical limits; reverse engineer the service; resell or redistribute it; or use it to harass or harm others.

Licence and your content

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service under your selected plan. You retain rights in prompts and other material you submit and give us only the permission needed to host and process that material to provide, secure and improve the service.

You must have the rights to anything you submit. You are responsible for your prompts, for checking AI-generated material before relying on it, and for how you use any output. To report material that infringes your rights, contact us through the support address shown at checkout. We may remove content and restrict or close accounts for repeated infringement.

AI Strategy Desk

The Strategy Desk may produce incomplete, inaccurate or outdated answers. Its output is educational and is not legal, financial, election, public-policy or other professional advice. We may filter or refuse prompts or outputs, remove content, and suspend accounts to address illegal content, hate or abuse, deceptive deepfakes, malware, attempts to evade safeguards, security threats or other serious misuse.

Pro Pass, payments and renewals

The Pro Pass costs $4.99 per month and renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. See the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Intellectual property

The game, its text, design and code belong to Global solidarity Advocates. You may share screenshots and results; you may not copy or republish the game itself.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

Ending access

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close access for a material breach, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. If we end paid access without cause, we will refund any unused paid period. Account data will then be retained or deleted as described in our Privacy Notice.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: contact Global solidarity Advocates through the support address shown at checkout, or contact Paddle for anything about a payment.
