Who controls your data
Global solidarity Advocates operates The American Game and is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.
What we collect
Account data: your email address, and a Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.
Gameplay data: your plan, how many AI Strategy Desk consultations you have used this month, and the prompts sent to the Strategy Desk.
Purchase data: subscription status, billing period and the identifiers Paddle gives us so we can link your purchase to your account.
Technical data: basic error and security logs.
Support data: messages you send us and the information needed to answer them. We may also receive device identifiers, browser information and IP addresses when needed for security, diagnostics and fraud prevention.
We never see or store your full card details.
Why we use it
We use account, gameplay and subscription data to provide the service and benefits you request, based on performance of our contract. We use support data to answer you and technical data to secure, diagnose and improve the service, based on our legitimate interests. We keep records where required by tax, accounting or other law. Where consent is legally required, we ask for it and you may withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, processes your payment and is an independent controller of the payment data it collects for product sales, subscriptions, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. We also share only what is needed with service providers supporting hosting, databases, analytics, security, customer support and AI processing; professional legal or accounting advisers; and public authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your data.
Keeping and transferring data
We keep account data while your account exists, security and support records only as long as reasonably needed, and purchase records for as long as tax or accounting law requires. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. If personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we use an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another legally recognised safeguard.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its use, receive a portable copy, object to processing, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We normally respond within one month. Contact Global solidarity Advocates through the support address shown at checkout.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls and restricted administrative access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and similar storage
Essential cookies and browser storage keep you signed in, protect the service and run checkout. We currently do not use advertising cookies. If optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, we will provide controls where the law requires them; you can also manage cookies in your browser.
Changes
We will update the date above whenever this notice changes.
